All this time, and we're still 'dating' {Nia}

"Well, that sounds much better," Ksenia said with a small smirk before taking another sip of her wine, keeping her eyes on her husband this time.

Dagereth ate his food rather slowly, enjoying his time with his wife.

It was a few minutes before he spoke again. "Tell me Ksenia, what do you think of the world we have created?"

Ksenia though for a se one before replying. "The world you have created is how it should have been. I am very happy for you that you have managed to bring your dream to life," she said with a soft smile. She had enjoyed the all the benefits she recieved from the power that she held, but th most important thing that mattered to her was that her husband has been able to achieve the high goals that he had.

Dagereth smirked, "Not a dream Ksenia, never a dream. A dream implies that there is a chance of failure, as does a goal. There was never a chance of failure in our futures." He stated as he pushed his plate away, done with his dinner.

He didn't plan on leaving too soon, yet.

"What would you call it then if it wasn't a dream or a goal?" Ksenia asked him as she pierced the last bit of her lobster with her fork.

"Inevitable." He replied simply. He leaned over and kissed his wife, thankful that he had such a strong witch at his sides. He deserved it, in his own mind, and he would make sure that a woman of Ksenia's caliber, if not herself, would always be at his side.

Ksenia smirked lightly at him after their lips parted. "Yes, it was," she agreed, her voice soft and low.

Dagereth stood up, "Shall we return home for the night?" Dagereth asked reaching out to help his wife up.

"Home?" Ksenia said, her eyebrow rising slightly as he lifted her from her chair. "And what are we going to do at home?" she asked, cocking her head slightly to the side.
